Qualification MBA from reputed institutes Number of post 1 Gender Any Industry IT CTC As per Industry Previous Work Experience 2_5 Years Location Mumbai,NCR And Bangalore Business Area Management Consultancy in the field of Equity Based Compensation and IT enabled solutions for Share Plan administration, Insider Trading Compliance Management, Financial Consolidation for Corporate Position Summary An Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive is a critical position in the BD team that is responsible for sales as their primary function.

Working closely with the Presales, Product and Ops team, this role will focus on strategic implementation of the BD teams business plan, as well as client acquisition for platform-based services including Plan Administration, Insider Trading Compliance Management, Financial Consolidation and other platform driven services of the Company.

This role will be also required to engage in first level discussion for ESOP consulting services with prospects. This role would regularly meet with senior leadership at CEO and CXO level to help them evaluate current offerings from ESOP Direct, develop and implement new services build relationship and independently close business proposal. Job Role & Responsibility Business development and handling sales of Services and Solutions Meeting with prospects at CEO/CXO levels Analysing the requirement and pitching a service Handling Platform Demo and coordination with internal teams Submission of Proposal and commercial discussion Meeting Team Targets Coordinating with Presales and Product Team Giving market feedback to internal teams and contributing to product enhancements Increasing business footprints and cross selling across products.

Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic Knowledge of Financial Terms, Cap Table, Balance Sheets Basic Knowledge of applicable compliance rules and regulations in ESOPs, Insider Trading, Financial Consolidation will be helpful Advance Knowledge of platform based hosted services and solutions Positive outlook and good contacts in Industry Should have handled end-to end sales including commercials & negotiation discussions. Experience Required
