What You’ll Do The fleet manager is responsible for all facets of Fleet Operations i.e. asset planning, vendor management, vehicle safety, productivity, training initiatives etc. He will also be expected to
- Manage operations of our rapidly growing fleet and driver pool
- Serve as the point person for relationships with external and internal vendors
- Collaborate with distributed stakeholders to execute on fleet-related programs
- Design , Implement and oversee processes for
- a) managing GPS tracking for vehicles
- b) maintaining drivers compliance with company regulations
- c) managing driver qualification files, onboarding/off-boarding, recovery etc
- d) overseeing vehicle wrapping and branding for our fleet of vehicles
- Create Standard operating procedures in key operational areas to to increase business operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory status and ensure that cars are available in line with the demand.
- Analyze fleet data, and prepare analysis with recommendations
