It is a critical component of support that will ensure our service providers, both internal and external, have the data and reporting they need to best serve our customers in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do
- Work remotely with local RTAs to ensure adherence and compliance of our Community Support Representatives in multiple countries, languages, modalities and products, from Rides to Eats and everything in between
Intra-day management of service levels, site efficiency, and outage compliance with established parameters during real time situations Produce reports that show performance at an intra-day, daily, and weekly level. Some weekend/night shifts may be required.
