The Fintech team at Uber in Hyderabad is looking for a talented Sr BSAs to help us expand the capabilities of our Tax products.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about client services and building/implementing quality products and experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Project manage ‘Tax to Compliance’ application projects from inception to completion.
- Lead the success of the projects, and ensure long-term seamless and scalable processes
- Work with Finance and other cross-functional teams to get a deep understanding of the processes and data flows, and translate business requirements into system functional specifications
- Work with Engineering and other technical teams to deliver the system solutions
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training
- You do not shy away from building your own application, (ground up) if the need arises
- You are an domain expert who understands all the financial processes and its implication on Tax and implemented / developed a Tax solution weather it could be on Oracle EBT / Vertex / 3rd Party tax solution / home grown product.
- You can run your own queries, analyse data to fix or define problems
What You’ll Need
- Must have minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience on R12 Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) / SAP / or any other ERP / Tax products in implementation of projects / upgrades / support
- Expert in Financial processes – P2P/O2C/R2R and must have implemented / developed a Tax solution weather it could be on Oracle EBTax/Vertex/3rd Party tax solution/home grown product.
- Experience in business process consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
- Demonstrated track record of driving programs/projects to meet business requirements and challenging delivery dates
- Experience in deploying financial application projects globally
- Domain experience of managing the Finance function of a large organization would be an added advantage.
