ED – Corporate Centers, India – Location Strategy & Business Initiatives – Mumbai Job Description Business Function Overview and Role Description Overview: The Location Strategy & Business Initiatives team is a dedicated internal group with a mandate to lead and drive the strategic and business management efforts focused on the CAO organization. Key objectives and engagements (not exhaustive) include: Location Strategy Capacity Management and Infrastructure Optimization CAO organization’s performance governance Digital Transformation for the CAO group Process Improvement Financial Management Key CAO Initiatives Corporate Centers wide events Role Description: This role will lead the Location Strategy & Business Initiatives team by scoping and supporting the range of initiatives and programs mentioned above. This role will report to the CAO and partner with the CAO (Corporate) Functions leads/teams, Global Corporate Location Strategy (CLS) team and LOB Heads/Business Management teams. The responsibilities would include Partnering with the global CLS team to build the multi-year roadmap Capacity management and Infrastructure optimization by building capacity efficiency models Evolve the CAO performance management framework and creating a robust data management and analytics strategy Identify and implement process improvement projects focused on enhancing employee experience, enhancing controls, optimizing cost and delivery time Provide strategic direction and oversight to critical CAO initiatives like campus build out, Innovation labs, etc. Evolve the CAO Technology/Operations strategy by scoping and driving cross-cutting efforts on Transformation Own the budgeting and ongoing management of the CAO budget Plan and execute planning conference with focus on building a shared vision for the organization and dealing with a range of administrative and other issues Responsibilities Integrity

Minimum 15 years of Experience Experience in Operations or Business Management Experience in preparing executive level presentations for decision support and adjust the message and style based on agenda and audience Exceptional project/program management experience Exposure to risk management and controls Successful track record of delivering results; good execution skills Establish common practices, standards, tools and procedures across the CAO organization Data management and analytics/predictive analytics to drive key business decisions Adept to working in a multi-team environment, under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables Strong judgment and analytical skills; understanding of complex cross organization issues Strong executive presence; comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior management Demonstrated track record of a high level of personal initiative and leadership and of setting and achieving challenging goals Strong ability to influence outcomes and get the best from the business Ability to thrive on challenges in an unstructured working environment The candidate must have strong initiative, be organized and be able to work across a diverse group of functions and activities Req #: 190111627 Location: Mumbai, MH IN Job Category: Project Management Employment Type: Full Time Potential Referral Amount: 50000 Indian Rupee (INR)
