SAP Cloud Platform Core E&DS enable the foundation of SAP Cloud Platform, providing key capabilities and services around platform services As an integral member of the SAP Cloud Platform E&DS Unit in Bangalore, India, you will be contributing to enable Asia pacific customer for scenario’s. Expectations and tasks:

• Be responsible for Enabling customer for SAP Cloud platform Core usage and adoption: feature roll-out, sales & pre-sales enablement, product workshops with customers and partners and champion the product adoption
• Work towards product evangelism – not only understands the capabilities of the current offering, but also understand competitor landscape; able to define the product roadmap accordingly
• Experiment with new and relevant platform features and that of competitors and bring appropriate feedback to the development teams
• Actively participate in technology forums and represent SAP in internal and external forums
• Work closely with customers, field, and engineering teams, while taking into account the competition and industry best practices, in developing and driving product visibility
• Act as subject matter expert, ensure rollout of information to customer, partners and developer community
• Working as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities
• Drive discussions to improve product across teams with the Product Owners/Development teams
• Understand and drive commercialization aspects

Skills and Competencies:

• Good know-how of SAP Cloud platform, SAP S/4HANA, HANA . Expertise in at least one programming language & Application development is advantage
• Competence in handling customer and partners for Product Rollout.
• Passion & eagerness towards exploring and learning new technologies. Ability to work independently
• The ability to channel market insights into product ideas and backlogs
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Goal-oriented team worker with good communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Understand different commercial models for cloud services
• Passion towards adopting and contributing to open source
• Working know-how of designing and building application extensions in the cloud on well-known PaaS offerings in the market
• Sound understanding of building scalable Web Applications using cutting edge Web Technologies (JQuery, Server Side JS, REST, OData)
• Ability to work with the team in the design and development aspects for the product
• Ability to work independently, and eagerness to learn and explore new topics

Minimum JOB Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science, from a premiere institute, with excellent academic records
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Sound understanding cloud native development and architecture
• Preference: Experience with Customer & Partner enablement

WORK Experience 6-10 years of experience in software development/product management. Atleast 2+ years of relevant industry experience in enabling customers.
